Felix Jones or LeGarrette Blount, or Sidney Rice or Mike Williams(Sea) or Davone Bess or David Gettis?

For starters you have a solid team already. There isn't a whole lot of holes in your team for you to improve on. I definately feel Felix Jones will be an improvement over woodhead since the cowboys will be running the ball more now that ROMO is gone. Not to mention the Pats have been struggling this year. Rice posted great numbers last year and creeped into the top 15 fantasy WR's in everyones book. So he could be a great addition if he comes back full. However, the addition of Randy Moss could either hurt or help him significantly. If DB's focus on Moss then Rice will run wild. If not then expect Moss to steal some of his targets. Ultimately, Rice has the most upside of everyone you mentioned so I would consider him and Felix Jones to improve your team. But I say again, you have a solid team already.
