What song is on that VH1 commercial for DoSomething.org (Marvelyn Brown psa)?

Hello. After Christmas 2009, I've repeatedly seen this commercial/Public service announcement on VH1 for dosomething.org. I believe they are working with VH1 on this ad campaign because I've only seen it on that channel. The commercial stars a young lady who is HIV+ named Marvelyn Brown talking about the need to raise HIV awareness. There is this awesome instrumental song in the background with alternating guitar chords and what sounds like xylophone or chimes. I also heard this song at Old Navy once. I have tried looking up the commercial online and on the vh1 and dosomething websites so I could post it here, but I haven't been able to find it. Anyway, if someone can tell me what song this is, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
