GIRLS PLZ HELP!!! does she want to be friends?

we're both 15, she was nice to me but then started giving me the cold shoulder so since i had nothing to lose i told her i liked her. she still didnt talk to me but she kept smiling at me whenever i looked her and she kept talking about the bf she broke up that same weekend i told her i liked her. then she stopped everything and completely ignored me and started flirting with other guys in front of me. and she would barely talk to me...then she gave me her blackberry pin to text her... i text her 'hi' and she never replies...then she FB chats me if i can help her fix her phone...the day right after that she is kissing this guy in front of me and they werent even going out yet.. then she comes up to me as if she never kicked me in the nuts and starts talking to me about how her phone was broken and she fixed it.. and this whole time she is staring at me straight in the eyes because she knows i like her and was trying to make me jealous...then during cl she started being nice to me by calling me by my nickname which she had taken away when she first started giving me the cold shoulder... my teacher had taken my drum sticks away and she yells out 'awww poor jorgie'... then she rubs her hand all the way down my arm to get my attention. then i tried ignoring her when she tried to talk to me but she would just get pissed and threatened to delete me from her blackberry messenger... she also started talking about my status on how much i want a new phone and she started laughing.. then the next day they were officially going out and she completely ignored me... then on the second to last day of school we kept catching each others' eyes and then she just stopped and stared for a second then she gave me a wup nod and i did it to her and we did back and forth for a second... then on the last day of school she just said 'wup jorge'..
