Can you explain the Spanish Command form to me indepth?I don't understand how to remember how to conjugate it?

Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Mostly my problem is with knowing the differences between affirmative vs. negative. Also, I don't understand why in some cases we use "nos", such as in Vamanos. Thanks for your appreciated help!
