Is this malpractise or neglect on the doctors part that did my surgery?

in june 2009 i had abdominal hysterectomy cause the doctor (was unaware that my bladder and uterus was connected together due to scar tissue) she cut my bladder twice before the surgery i asked her to remove my ovarys cuz i kept getting cyst's every 3 months, well she did not remove them but removed the cyst's in september had ultrasound cuz they came back (exacly 3 months later) so had the belly on surgery on 10/06/09 she said she could not remove them due to extensive ahesions mostly on left ovary and tube bowels and intestines she said i'd need another open surgery vertical cut so i had it done 11/03/09 when i woke up i was informed that only my right ovary and tube was removed and adhesions on my bladder was removed cuz she said she did not feel it was safe to remove the left ovary and tube she could not find it and did not want to hunt for it cuz it would cause more damages, i feel if she would of removed the ovarys during the hysterectomy like i asked i would of had to have 2 other surgerys and be stuck with an ovary and tube that still has a cyst on it (simple cyst) and i am still in pain, so is it neglect on her part for not removing the ovarys( due to reacurring cyst ) when asked and she kept having me go in for surgerys this last surgery i am had complications my body is rejecting the dissolvable stitches i keep get puss bags under the skin that breaks open and leaks and cause a whole in my incision site and part of is still open but closeing slowly and i still get some clear fluid that leaks once in awhile and painful. i also might need surgerys later to remove the left ovary/tube which will most likely damage my bowels and i have severe adhesions if she would of removed them in june i would not be faceing this now.
