My top CLEAR retainer doesnt fit! can i get a new1??

ok... i am a 13 y.o. guy. and i have had my braces off for a while! and im going 2 b honest i DONOT wear my retainers like i should! and when i do put them in (usually a day b4 i go to the orthodonist 4 a check up) the bottom one(wich is the wire type) fittz gudd.. and whn iput the top ones n(wich is the clear type) i put thm n and after a whle they srtt 2 REEAALLLYYY hurt!! whn i put all my teeth top gethr itz like the im bitng the reatiner and itz pulling my front teeth bak it really hrtz!! im going 2 the orthodonist 2day!! can they re fit them?? im going 2 newyork next saturday n the morning eaarrllyy can they hav thm bak n timE?? and is there a way i can get the wire type 4 my top??
