Would it be illegal to print somebodies artwork onto you T-shirt with no intensions of selling it?

In textiles we are making hoodies, and i would like to put a design on it that isn't mine. If i printed off Someone else's artwork and printed on to this clothing even though i have no intensions of selling it would it be illegal? Please help
