Wtf help!!??? smoke comes out when i sneeze?

ok i dont smoke just a cig every now and then but when i sneeze i hold my nose to keep it quiet or whatever. but after i sneeze when ive held my nose and then exhale SMOKE COMES OUT OF MY MOUTH. its not like a lot it looks like when you breathe out when its cold you know? but its definitely smoke because its like 95 degrees here in nc in daytime. i also experimented and just held my nose and did the quick sneeze-jump-breath thing just like a sneeze and smoke comes out every single time. can somebody please tell me what is happening here and has it ever happened to one of you?
