Do you think the new Baltic Sea pipeline will turn out to be dangerous?

The Swedish government is concerned that long-buried toxins and WW2 munitions might be disturbed / activated by the new pipeline jointly proposed by Germany and Russia. Based on the little that I know from news articles and such, the judgment of the Swedish government has usually been sound and well-thought-out. However, that government is contending with energy giants from Russia and Germany. I live in the USA and know first-hand that the influence of gas and oil companies can be enormously powerful, whether that influence is positive or negative. For now, I'm tending to side with Sweden's view, at least until I learn more about the pipeline project. What about you?
