Hair follicle ? Please help !?

It could be a cyst,it's not uncommon at all,I have experienced them too,try to sit in a tub of warm water and see if it will come to a head and then lightly squeeze out any substance from it,cysts are caused by in grown hair follicles,you may just want to get a pair of tweezers and pull out the hair,I have done this before,nothing to be alarmed about.Hope this relieves your mind.
